Join our team today.\r\nOverview\r\nWe are seeking a reliable and fast learning Manual Packer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and in compliance with all relevant regulations. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are paramount. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with FDA regulations, as well as a strong understanding of CGMP practices.\r\nThe Manual Packer position works a Modified DuPont schedule consisting of 12-hour day and night shifts, rotating weekends, and periodic transitions between days and nights. Candidates should carefully consider the schedule before applying.\r\nPhysical Demands\r\nOccasionally: climb ladders, ascend/descend stairs or ramps while carrying tools. Bend forward at waist, crouch, push, pull, twist, drive, handle, reach above the shoulders, reach below shoulders, squat and lift up to 50 pounds.\r\nFrequently: Sit, stand, walk, speak and hear clearly, work with others, and lift up to 30 pounds.\r\nSpecific vision: abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.\r\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\r\nPersonal protective equipment (PPE) is required when in the plant and warehouse areas. PPE will include safety shoes, eye and ear protection, reflective vests and hairnets or hats along with any other necessary protection.
