Clinical Trainer - Bilingual Spanish
Abound Health is seeking a Trainer (Bilingual Spanish) to join our Training team in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you will report to the Director of Training & Development and play a vital role in preparing, supporting, and empowering our workforce to provide high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.This position blends instructional delivery, curriculum preparation, and employee support. You’ll lead required trainings, mentor new team members, and ensure staff are equipped to meet compliance, safety, and quality expectations. You will be expected to provide training in person at 3-4 of our office locations within New Jersey.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver employee training including New Hire Orientation, AIM I, II & III, Adult CPR & First Aid, and Medical AdministrationPrepare and maintain training materials such as presentations, videos, handouts, and module summariesPlan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions (virtual and in-person)Track and maintain accurate attendance records, exams, certifications, and training documentationSupport and mentor new employees to promote confidence, competence, and retentionAdapt training methods and materials to meet diverse learning styles and participant needsMonitor and report on employee training performance and progressEnsure training practices align with IDD regulations, Medicaid requirements, and organizational standardsQualificationsExperience delivering adult education or workforce training, preferably in healthcare, IDD, or human servicesStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional techniquesExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsBilingual in English and Spanish (required)Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to balance structure and flexibility in a fast-paced, growing environmentComfort using learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office toolsEducationHigh School Diploma requiredCompensation & BenefitsThe target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is $55,000 – $60,000 annually.Base pay is determined by factors such as location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and wellness benefits beginning on your 60th day of employment.
