Experience in managing a 25 to 30 truck fleet.\n. Strong leadership skills to Manage local drivers efficiently to maximize revenue.\n. Understand and coordinate daily load capacity needs/opportunities and communicate with leadership/management.\n· Strong Customer Service Skills with strong written and oral communication\n. Communicate professionally and effectively with customers on account issues and questions.\n· Experience with dispatching/routes.\n. Understand and coordinate truck load planning.\n. Manage and oversee truck maintenance and repairs\n· Basic knowledge of Motor Carrier Operations/Transportation and geography.\n. Knowledge of FMCSA regulations.\n. Knowledge of Freight Brokerage Operations and Carrier Agreements\n· Competent user of MS Office, Email, Computer Literate\n. Maintains regular and punctual attendance\n. Works well with others\n. Maintain a positive, clean, organized, and safe work environment\n.
