Analyst - Supervisor","description":"Job Description: GDIT is hiring a Program/Data Analyst - Supervisor to support the data collection and analysis efforts involved with overseeing the implementation of a government program with respect to the care and placement of participants in a network of care providers\r\nThe Data Analyst will enhance and develop reporting and analytics capabilities, support forecast modeling, develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards, build briefing products, conduct and deliver analyses, and coordinate/implement data collection efforts\r\nSupervisory tasks include: Performance Management and onboarding: Monitor and support the progress of individual team members on an ongoing basis to ensure that the team is supported and meeting the customer's delivery requirements\r\nProvide updates and new guidance to the team as needed per DAIM requirements\r\nProvide technical assistance to team members as needed\r\nProvides training for new staff on all elements of DAIM and GDIT processes\r\nMonitor program areas being supported by GDIT staff and provide suggestions on process improvement when applicable\r\nProvides oversight of the quality of work and deliverables\r\nMonitor staff performance, providing additional training and feedback as needed\r\nComplete Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) as necessary\r\nComplete annual performance evaluations and monitor staff's progress towards annual goals\r\nReview monthly reports; Approve and submit consolidated reports as needed\r\nReview and approve timecards, schedules and flex time requests, leave requests, and expense reports as applicable\r\nServes as primary point of contact for stakeholder questions, requests, or concerns as it relates to the DAIM team contractor staff or overall output\r\nActs as mentor and provides training and technical assistance to GDIT contract staff members that support DAIM while also maintaining team specific training materials\r\nOther duties include: Work within federal staff led functional lanes to enhance the collection and analysis of program data\r\nUpdate and develop on-site data collection tools and processes to yield statistically reliable and informative data and support field program assessments\r\nAssist in identifying performance outcomes and indicators\r\nIdentify uniform data points and conduct high-level data interpretation/analysis using a data analytics platform\r\nPrepare written summaries and presentations that reflect the results of the data analysis and present findings to agency leadership\r\nOversee the quality and the production of both routine and ad hoc analytical reports\r\nAssist in the training of contractor and field staff on the use of data collection and analysis tools\r\nSupport with projects that promote the continual improvement of data analysis\r\nCompile, analyze, and visualize data using a data visualization platform such as Power BI or Tableau\r\nBuild data repositories/databases and provide ad-hoc data reporting as needed.\r\nRequirements: Bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, or similar degree with at least 8 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data interpretation and analysis\r\nMaster's degree preferred\r\nPrior experience leading data projects and initiatives or data centric teams\r\nHigh degree of familiarity working with sensitive-PII and integrity in protecting customer data\r\nWorking knowledge of data visualization platforms (Tableau or Power BI) and scripting languages (R, Python)\r\nWorking knowledge of SQL and familiarity with relational databases\r\nAdvanced skills in Excel and VBA\r\nExceptional analytical skills\r\nExperience working with immigrants, refugees, and
