Being part of our team means your work matters - because the progress we make here creates real impact out there.\n\nQualifications for the role:\n\nBachelor’s Degree (Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred) from an accredited college or university with 6 years of experience OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience (experience with the application of Power Distribution upgrades, Relay upgrades, and Arc Flash Mitigation Solutions preferred).\n\nExperience in application engineering or field engineering in power delivery products and systems and experience working with customers in the Oil & Gas, metals, mining, paper, Power Gen, data center, commercial building or similar business segments preferred.\n\nExperienced in reviewing customer specifications, developing proposals, and managing contract development and negotiations preferred.\n\nStrong oral and written communication abilities, skilled in delivering impactful presentations and engaging with all organizational levels.\n\nProven interpersonal and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset; adept at working in team-oriented environments to create complex, integrated solutions.\n\nCreative problem solver with an innovative approach to challenges, capable of developing and writing technical specifications and proposals leveraging the full ABB portfolio.\n\nCandidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.\n\nWhat's in it for you\n\nWe give you the space to lead, the support to grow, and the chance to make a difference.
