This is an opportunity for a proven construction leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple buildings under construction at the same time, and knows how to lead large field teams while keeping projects on track.\n\nIf you are someone who can balance people, budgets, schedules, and client expectations while delivering high-quality projects, we’d love to talk.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nAs a Senior Project Manager, you will provide leadership across multiple commercial and residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, financial performance, and schedule execution every step of the way.\n\nProject Leadership\n\nLead multiple active construction projects and building phases simultaneously\nOversee projects from planning through final turnover\nEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget\nBuild strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams\nDrive decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle\n\nTeam Leadership\n\nLead and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teams\nManage large project teams across multiple buildings and active job sites\nCreate accountability, communication, and alignment across all stakeholders\nSupport staffing, planning, and development of project team members\n\nOperational Management\n\nOversee master schedules and milestone planning across multiple projects\nCoordinate manpower, subcontractor sequencing, and procurement timelines\nIdentify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects moving\nEnsure strong communication between office and field operations\n\nFinancial Management\n\nManage project budgets, forecasting, buyout, billing, cash flow, and cost controls\nLead change order management and contract administration\nReview financial performance and projections with leadership\nProtect project profitability while maintaining client satisfaction\n\nQuality & Safety\n\nMaintain Pike’s commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence\nEnsure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards\nOversee RFIs, submittals, closeout documentation, and turnover\nSupport issue resolution during warranty periods when needed\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n10+ years of construction project management experience\nStrong experience in commercial building, mixed-use, residential, multifamily construction\nProven success managing multiple buildings or concurrent project phases\nExperience leading large field teams and cross-functional project staff\nStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project financials\nExperience with project scheduling and construction management software\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)\n\nThe Right Candidate Will Bring\n\nA strong leadership presence\nThe ability to manage complexity and competing priorities\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset\nA commitment to delivering high-quality work the right way\n\nWhy Pike\n\nAt Pike, we build more than projects — we build communities, careers, and teams that make an impact.
