This role is part of the Engineering Development Group (EDG) and includes training on MathWorks processes, tools, and product use cases.\r\nOverview\r\nAfter receiving training on MathWorks development processes and tools, you will work with the Documentation team to support users, conduct research, translate information into clear content, and guide product improvements.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nBuild product and technical knowledge by supporting our users and responding to inquiries.\r\nResearch and represent product use cases.\r\nTranslate research into content specifications.\r\nDemonstrate features, workflows, and applications with goal-oriented topics and examples.\r\nReview and respond to product developments.\r\nLead through initiative, process improvements, and mentorship.\r\nQualifications\r\nStrong writing skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.\r\nStrong programming skills.\r\nStrong communication and planning skills.\r\nAbility to quickly learn and explain engineering procedures and concepts.\r\nEngineering or other STEM degree (Bachelor's required).\r\nExperience with MATLAB is a plus.\r\nExperience with C/C++ is a plus.\r\nAuthorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.\r\nVisa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.\r\nOther\r\nMathWorks offers a hybrid work model with flexibility to work from home some of the time. The hybrid plan balances in-person collaboration with remote work.
