Sales Support Specialist (SSS) - Entry Level Position Overview The Sales Support Specialist (SSS) works directly in support of the Sales team, including Regional Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives. In this role, the *seller is the primary customer*. The SSS assists with quotes, order processing, order follow-ups, and ongoing sales-related support to ensure smooth execution and strong seller relationships.This role requires strong communication skills, critical thinking, and flexibility. While some administrative tasks are involved, *this is not a data entry position*.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary support partner for an assigned group of sellersProvide assistance with:Creating and processing quotesEntering and tracking ordersFollowing up on order status and timelinesResponding to seller requests efficiently and accuratelyCommunicate with sellers via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams (calls and chat)Serve as a connection point between sellers and internal systems/processesRelay information back to the seller or, when requested, directly communicate with the end clientOperate based on the seller's guidance-*never recommend equipment or products independently**Manage priorities and adjust workflow as seller needs change throughout the day**Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment*Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)2+ years of experience in *Customer Service, Sales Support, or Order Entry**Strong ability to work with diverse personalities and adapt communication styles**Critical thinking and problem-solving skills**Proficiency in Microsoft Office:**Outlook (daily, heavy usage)*Word and ExcelHigh attention to detail with strong organizational skillsAbility to manage shifting priorities and time-sensitive requestsStrong communication skills and resilience when handling challenging situationsCRM experience; *Salesforce experience preferred*Nice to HavePrior Sales Support experienceExperience working in a manufacturing or industrial environmentExperience Level* Entry Level*Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, CO.*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
