No one is left behind and QDS engineers are always willing to help a team member, no matter your geographic location.\nWe are innovators of mass assembly in Automotive, Washers, Conveyors and Distributions systems.\nResponsibilities Debug of assembly machines, transport/conveyor systems and repair areas on Machine Tool Assembly floors. On customer sites.\nSome design skills for control systems in STL or Ladder Logic is a plus.\nProvide on-site commissioning and debugging for assembly lines at various client sites.\nProvide production support and training on machines.\nCoordinating with mechanical and electrical engineers, robot programmers, skilled trades contractors from assembly plants to complete your tasks.\nCan program in ladder logic with either Siemens S7, Allen Bradley, Unity PLCs.\nSubmitting timesheets to customers and following up with internal A/P.\nUpdating project status to Engineering Lead on site.\nKnowledge of servo motors, pneumatic systems, robots, cameras and radio frequency identification systems and software including Simatic Manager for Siemens controller, PL7 Pro for telemecanique controllers is a plus.\nStrong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.\nMust be willing to travel for projects (expenses are paid).\nExcellent communication skills via phone, SMS and Email (this is crucial).\nRequires Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
