This project involves rapidly evolving the technology stack to support a multi-platform environment (Salesforce, NetSuite, ION Carbon Zero) and designing the \"golden source of truth\" for core data entities like counterparties, products, and contacts. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesArchitectural Oversight: Reviewing and validating the MDM strategy to ensure correct cross-system alignment between Salesforce, NetSuite, IntelAgree, and Carbon Zero.Data Governance Design: Defining policies for data ownership, lineage, and access controls to maintain data integrity across the ecosystem.Integration Strategy: Designing resilient integration patterns for Middleware (Azure Logic Apps/Functions) to handle master data synchronization without redundancy.Entity Mapping: Leading the mapping of complex counterparty and product data entities to ensure seamless \"straight-through processing\" (STP).Technical Discovery: Partnering with US-based technical leads to identify technical debt and architectural risks in current data flows.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of experience in Data Architecture or MDM Strategy.Deep expertise in NetSuite (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM) data structures and integration patterns.
