In this role, you'll be the go-to person at the counter-helping customers find the right parts, keeping inventory moving, and making sure every order is accurate and on time. Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PMPay range: $15 - $17/HourWhat You'll Be DoingGreet customers professionally and provide knowledgeable, friendly serviceAnswer phones and assist with product inquiries, orders, and problem-solvingProcess orders, invoicing, returns, credits, and product lookups using computer systemsSuggest additional or substitute products to meet customer needsLoad/unload trucks and assist customers with materials using proper equipmentReceive, stock, and organize inventory in the warehouseMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace (inside and out)Assist with occasional deliveries as neededParticipate in after-hours emergency call rotationFollow through on customer requests and commitmentsAbilities NeededCustomer-focused with strong communication skillsComfortable working both at a sales counter and in a warehouse environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the dayDetail-oriented with basic computer skills (invoicing, order entry, etc.)Team player who can take direction and work under pressureForklift experience (or willingness to learn)Dependable with strong attendance and work ethicWillingness to learn product lines and grow industry knowledgeDesired ExperienceExperience in counter sales and customer service (retail)Familiarity with heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems is a big plus, but not requiredExposure to vendor catalogs, product cross-referencing, or technical specsApply Today!!!2387OXNCOxford, NC 2387 124 Main Street Oxford, NC 27565
