RDU - Raleigh, NC - Driver ( RDU)

DESCRIPTION OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:Responsible for all aspects of catering up to and including loading equipment on to the truck, driving the truck to the A/C, loading galleys according to customer guidelines, offloading dirty equipment, and placing dirty equipment and trash in designated area. Must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. Ability to interpret and comprehend Menu and Flight Galley Specifications. Follows all Ramp Safety and AOA Safety and Security Rules and Regulations. Other assigned work as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:Must be able to read, write and speak EnglishMust be able to work in hot and/or cold environmentMust be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shiftMust have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changesMust be able to pass criminal background check to obtain airport SIDA/AOA badgeMust be able to lift up to 30 lbs or push heavy loads using rolling stockMust be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipmentMust have a valid driver's license with a safe driving recordMust successfully complete on-the-job driver training programMust possess interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with a profession appearance and attitudeMust be able to apply safety standardsMust be able to use mobile shelving, carts, ramps, and related airline catering equipmentMust be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment which includes nights, weekends and holidays subject to change due to shift biddingOther duties assigned by management as needed
