Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing new features in Java, building and optimizing microservices, integrating with internal and external APIs, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of the platform. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, data, and QA teams to refine requirements, review code, and improve overall system performance.
