This is a remote-work opportunity.\n\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nEditing picture, sound, and delivering final versions of: Showreels, Sizzle Reels, BTS/Sales videos, and Presentations/Panels as needed\nBasic sound mixing and color correction to final\nEditing and delivering frame accurate updates of Production Content with new renders.\nWorking in an organized and efficient manner within Halon’s established pipeline and security protocols\nAssisting in setting up new projects ensuring editorial formats of the pipeline are in place\nReports to Production and Editorial departments\nUploading Content and maintaining the Halon Vimeo page\nHelping to organize and maintain the editorial folders on the Halon server\nSetting up and organizing new Editorial projects\nRendering out content with and without watermarks as needed\nQCing content with an eye for accuracy, quality, and detail\nOther duties as assigned\n\nRequirements:\n\n3+ years of previous experience as an Editor preferred Demonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion\nStrong organizational skills\nDemonstrated professionalism and ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion\nStrong proficiency with Adobe Premiere\nDemonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly\nDetail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure\nPositive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible\nStrong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team and with professionals at all levels\nAbility to take initiative and work with limited supervision within the parameters of the assignment\nMust be a proactive problem-solver with creative instincts and the ability to complete tasks\nExperience with working with creative individuals\n\nSalary Range:\n$43 - $60 per hour\n\nNote:\nThe job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
