In this position, you will be responsible for managing freight transportation by coordinating client shipments, identifying suitable carriers, and negotiating competitive rates. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, ensure compliance with transportation regulations, and monitor shipments to ensure they reach their destinations on time. Additionally, you will proactively address any issues or delays in the shipping process. Qualifications Experience in freight coordination, logistics, and transportation managementStrong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skillsProficiency in customer service and problem-solvingKnowledge of industry regulations and compliance standardsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with logistics software and systems is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; further education in logistics or a related field is preferredAvailability to work flexible hours based on client and business needs
