Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper

Manage invoice handling and coding to maintain expense and inventory records in the general ledger. Analyze expense reports and invoices to verify accuracy and eligibility for payment. Reconcile accounts payable with vendor statements and the general ledger. Ensure meticulous recordkeeping of purchases for tax preparation and audits. List Qualification Or Requirements High school diploma required. Three or more years of experience as an Accounting Assistant. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
