Join us to make a significant impact on our operations and safeguard our firm’s integrity.\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nConduct functional deep dive reviews and targeted risk assessments to identify, analyze, and address control gaps and emerging risks within operational processes, using experience in asset servicing & settlements processes, controls, and market practices.\n\nLead the development and implementation of comprehensive control strategies to identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks.\n\nUtilize advanced data and tech literacy skills to interpret business needs, identify trends, and generate innovative solutions to enhance the control environment.\n\nCollaborate with a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with operational policies and precedents.\n\nEngage with internal stakeholders, facilitating open communication and collaboration to drive mutually beneficial outcomes and uphold the integrity of our operations.\n\nDevelop, analyze, and publish standardized control metrics; leverage business analytics tools (Tableau, Qlik) to identify trends, errors, and opportunities for process improvement.\n\nImplement innovative technology solutions (Alteryx, Xceptor) to automate controls, enhance data analysis, and support operational excellence.\n\nManage governance and reporting of control and risk initiatives through advanced business analytics and visualization tools.\n\nReview significant change agenda and ensure no diminishment of controls environment; assist with designing new controls where required.\n\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\n\nExperience in Security Ops, Asset Servicing or Custody Operations.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in daily operational workflows, with a strong understanding of inherent risks and industry best practices for implementing effective controls.\n\nProven ability to conduct functional deep dives and root cause analysis, with a track record of identifying and remediating control gaps.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in data analysis and tech literacy, leveraging these skills to enhance control environments and interpret business needs and trends.\n\nExpertise in leading diverse teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning team performance with operational policies and precedents.\n\nStrong skills in internal stakeholder management, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.\n\nStrong project management skills and a commitment to operational excellence.\n\nAdvanced analytical, problem‑solving, and process re‑engineering skills, with meticulous attention to detail.\n\nEffective time management and prioritization skills; able to deliver results in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders (VP/ED/MD level).\n\nStrong influencing and negotiation skills; able to build partnerships across Operations, Technology, Audit, and Compliance.\n\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive total rewards package including base salary based on the role, experience, skill set and location.
