Position Summary The Dental Technician Finisher – PMMA is responsible for the final processing, finishing and esthetic refinement of PMMA dental restorations, ensuring each case meets the highest standards of quality, function, and appearance. This role plays a critical part in delivering consistently excellent prosthetics by combining technical skill, attention to detail, and strong understanding of Dental lab workflows Key Responsibilities Finish, contour, polish and characterize PMMA dental restorations, including full-arch and denture cases as well as crowns, bridges and orthodontic appliances. Utilize dental impressions and scans to create accurate dental restorations Perform final inspection and quality control to ensure fit, esthetics and durability Obtain optimal color matching by applying stains and glazes to dental prosthetics Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to ensure patients aesthetic and functional requirements. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology and materials Maintain a clean and organized lab environment Qualifications & Requirements Experience in using equipment and tools such as CAD/CAM systems, dental lathes, waxing equipment and casting machines to fabricate dental restorations Proficiency in working with materials such as ceramics, metals and acrylics Strong technical skills within the dental lab space Attention to detail is a must Ability to read and interpret dental prescriptions and treatment plans Knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion and oral health concepts
