Administration and monitoring of all diagnostic and therapeutic modalities within the service’s scope of practice.\n\nThe Respiratory Therapist will be required to conduct Pulmonary Function Tests primarily at the MAP practice, but will be required to provide PFT services at Hutch location as needed.\n\nThis is a part-time position,\nTuesday-Friday 7:30-6pm. 3400 Bainbridge Ave 2nd Floor.\n*Travel to other locations (Hutch) based on operational needs.\n\nJob Requirements:\n\nAssociates degree in Respiratory Care required\n\nGraduate of AMA a respiratory therapist program\n\nOne year of experience required.\n\nCurrent NYS respiratory therapist license.\n\nCRTT or RRT or registry eligible by the National Board for Respiratory Care.\n\nBLS by the American Heart Association.\n\nEQUIPMENT OPERATION:\n\n • Pasteurmatic for the cleaning and disinfection of non-disposable respiratory care equipment.\n • Oxygen and air cylinders and regulators\n\nMontefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
