This position involves leading the architectural design process and ensuring high-quality product delivery while mentoring the team to foster professional growth and skill advancement.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nArchitect and develop comprehensive visual communication solutions by leveraging tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch, ensuring alignment with client requirements and standards.\r\nTrain and mentor team members in visual design principles and software applications, facilitating skill enhancement and addressing delivery risks effectively.\r\nConduct regular assessments of emerging visual design technologies and methodologies, implementing updates to existing processes to maintain quality and relevance in visual solutions.\r\nGather and analyze client specifications to deliver tailored visual communication solutions that meet industry standards, utilizing user-centered design principles for effective engagement.\r\nSkill Requirements\r\nExpert proficiency in visual communication design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.\r\nStrong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout strategies.\r\nExcellent knowledge of user experience (UX) design and ability to apply user-centered design methodologies.\r\nFamiliarity with 2D and 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya) for enhanced design capabilities.\r\nOther Requirements\r\nOptional but valuable certifications include Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) and Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC).\r\nMaximum salary (US): 188,000\r\nMinimum salary (US): 77,000\r\nCompensation and Benefits\r\nA candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
