Attends client meetings.\nCoordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work. Reviews work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.\nResponsible for facilities inspections daily and reports with action items\nBuilds and maintains preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment\nTracks and maintains logs of spending and incidents for compliance\nMaintains all relevant certifications for the role\nCoordinates with EHS staff to assist in safety training and compliance reporting\nCoordinates and manages moves, adds and change activities for employees\nObtains and reviews price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labor for projects.\nAssists in managing capital projects. Prepares capital project and operating budget and variance reports.\nManages vendor relationships and trains vendors on work order and billing procedures. Responsible for invoice processing and accuracy of cost center coding.\nProvides process and procedure training.\nManages access control\nAssists in managing visitor processes and procedures\nManages supply ordering for sites\nOversees mailroom, shipping and receiving\nDevelops and maintains a positive working relationship with landlords and property management teams\nConducts financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.\nCoordinates, oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping and janitorial work.\nEnsure the smooth day-to-day FM operations according to building rules and lease obligations\nOther duties may be assigned.\nBasic Qualifications\nAuthorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future\nAt least 5 years in an equivalent position with relevant working experience (Office Manager, Maintenance Technician, etc.)\nAt least 3 years experience in providing integrated facilities management services\nBilingual - strong English & Spanish written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work outside of normal business hours (including weekends) as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified Facilities Service Manager (FSM) with FSM experience\nBenefits & Compensation for U.S. Employees\nEmployees working more than 30 hours in the US at Uber Freight are eligible for benefits like a company sponsored health plan, dental and vision benefits, 401k match, financial and mental wellness benefits, parental leave, short- and long-term disability coverage, life insurance and more.
