The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in Knowledge Management (KM), SharePoint, content management systems, and collaboration technologies to develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise knowledge repositories and information-sharing platforms. This role will support the organization's ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate critical information across internal stakeholders and external partners.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, manage, maintain, and enhance Knowledge Management systems, including SharePoint sites, databases, internal websites, and collaboration platforms.\nServe as a trusted advisor to Government stakeholders on the effective use of Knowledge Management tools and best practices.\nDesign and maintain repositories that support the storage, sharing, retrieval, and analysis of assessments, legislative materials, policies, strategies, budget information, IT documentation, and other mission-critical content.\nCreate user guides, provide training, and support system users, including Intelligence Community (IC) partners and other stakeholders.\nIntegrate KM systems with other databases and information-sharing platforms as required.\nUtilize automation tools, dashboards, and visualizations to improve access to information and support data-driven decision making.\nDevelop and maintain virtual communities of interest that facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, lessons learned, best practices, and performance tracking.\nBuild and maintain enterprise repositories for internal process documents, policies, procedures, and operational guidance.\nDesign data repositories that automatically generate visualizations and reporting products to support analysis, executive briefings, and operational decision-making.\nDevelop and execute simulations and exercises to evaluate database readiness, communication channels, and information-sharing effectiveness.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve information exchange across systems, organizations, government agencies, and private-sector partners.\nPerform quality control testing and validation of web-based content and functionality to ensure an optimal user experience.\nCollaborate closely with Government personnel, team members, and stakeholders to continuously improve processes and KM capabilities.\n,\nRequired Skills\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; OR\nNo degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.\nDemonstrated experience with Knowledge Management processes, methodologies, organizational studies, system design, business process improvement, work simplification, and performance measurement.\nExperience developing and managing enterprise knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop operational procedures, user guides, technical documentation, and training materials.\nStrong organizational and process management skills with the ability to maintain structured content repositories and publishing workflows.\nExperience conducting quality assurance and testing of web-based applications and content delivery platforms.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with team members, leadership, and customers in a fast-paced environment.\n\nRequired Technical Skills\nProgramming & Web Technologies (Experience with one or more required)\nHTML\nCSS\nJavaScript\njQuery\nContent Management & Collaboration Platforms (Experience with one or more required)\nSharePoint\nJoomla\nWordPress\n,\nDesired Skills\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) customers and information-sharing initiatives.\nExperience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.\nFamiliarity with enterprise collaboration and knowledge-sharing technologies.\nExperience supporting organizational change management and business process improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of records management, content governance, and information lifecycle management practices.\n,\nAdditional Details\n\nWhy Join Bravo Consulting Group?\n\nAt Bravo Consulting Group, we provide mission-critical expertise that enables our federal customers to achieve operational excellence.
