The Program Manager will own program delivery, financial performance (P&L), and partner/vendor execution.\n\n \n Lead end-to-end task order execution from solicitation through award and delivery\n \n \n Manage program P&L, revenue growth, and margin performance\n \n \n Establish rapid-response processes to meet compressed timelines\n \n \n Build and manage a network of logistics and service vendors\n \n \n Oversee delivery across logistics, transportation, supply, and base support domains\n \n \n Serve as primary interface with partners, customers, and leadership\n \n\n Qualifications\n\n \n Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field\n \n \n 8+ years of program or operations management experience\n \n \n 5+ years managing federal IDIQ or task-order contracts\n \n \n Experience managing program financials or P&L\n \n \n Background in logistics or expeditionary operations\n \n \n Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance\n \n \n Willingness to support global operations (CENTCOM, AFRICOM as required)\n \n\n Requirements\n\n \n PMP, CPCM, or DAWIA certification (preferred)\n \n \n Experience supporting NAVSUP, NAVFAC, LOGCAP, or AFCAP programs (preferred)\n \n \n Experience in rapid-response proposal environments (preferred)\n \n\n Benefits\n\n \n Direct ownership of revenue and program success\n \n \n Opportunity to build and lead a new business line\n \n \n Lean, high-autonomy operating environment\n \n\n Physical Demands\n\n \n Standing: 10% per day\n \n \n Sitting: 60% per day\n \n \n Walking: 5% per day\n \n \n Stooping: 0% per day\n \n \n Lifting:\n \n \n If traveling, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (luggage, laptop, etc.)\n \n \n Up to 15 lbs. unassisted, several times a day (laptop, office equipment, office supplies, etc.)\n \n \n \n \n Computer Work: 100% per day\n \n \n Telephone Work: 60% per day\n \n \n Reading: 100% per day\n \n \n Other: Travel unassisted less up to 10% per year, via privately owned vehicle\n \n\n Company Description\n\n SBG Technology Solutions, Inc.
