Job Description:Internal Medicine Physician - Woodstock, GAOffering Sign-on & RelocationShift Schedule: Full-Time (Mon – Fri)Roles & Responsibilities:•Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.•Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and respiratory disorders.•Develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle modification counseling.•Provide preventive care, including screenings, immunizations, and health education.•Coordinate patient care with specialists, diagnostic services, and other healthcare providers as needed.•Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR).•Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, state regulations, and federal healthcare guidelines.Qualifications & Requirements:•Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.•Licensure & Certification:•Current and unrestricted medical license in the state of Georgia.•Board Certification in Internal Medicine.•DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) :•Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in internal medicine or primary care preferred•Experience in outpatient clinic settings is highly desirable.Benefits:•Full Suites Of Benefits•Annual Bonus Plan
