The Project Manager plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of contract furniture projects by serving as a liaison between customers, dealers, internal teams, and manufacturing partners. This position is responsible for developing accurate quotations, reviewing project specifications, and ensuring furniture solutions meet both design intent and functional requirements.Key responsibilities include preparing and managing quotes for both standard and custom furniture solutions, reviewing furniture drawings, and collaborating closely with the factory to develop and refine production drawings. The Project Manager will verify the accuracy of specifications, pricing, dimensions, materials to ensure alignment between customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities.The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation. The Project Manager will work proactively to identify and resolve discrepancies, communicate updates, and maintain accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Success in this position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working with both technical and design-focused teams, and takes pride in delivering customized furniture solutions that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and execution.QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of project management experience (Experience in contract furniture, interior construction, manufacturing, or related industries is strongly preferred)Ability to work in an often fast-paced deadline driven environmentAbility to reply to formal RFP'sRead and interpret design plans, drawings, etc. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to communicate design intent modifications clearlyComfortable working in concert with; Independent sales reps Dealers Architects Interior designersProficiency with project management tools and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Excel, Adobe, CAD).
