About the Job Overview
Ownership Capital Lab (the Lab) is seeking a Program Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our capital mobilization work and to build out critical field infrastructure to support emerging EO fund managers. In this role, you will ensure that the Lab's investor programs, Employee Ownership (EO) Fund Accelerator, EO Investing course(s) and/or trip(s), and national multi-city EO Capital Roadshow run smoothly, efficiently and with consistent high-quality execution.
Working closely with the Lab's Founder & CEO and the Director, Capital Mobilization & Action Lab, you will coordinate events and partners, manage program logistics, maintain internal systems and workflows, support communications, and help keep our expanding network of investors, fund managers and ecosystem partners engaged and informed.

Primary Responsibilities Core responsibilities
Investor education & virtual programming (30%)
Support the Lab's core virtual programs, including the Investors Circle, EO Fund Spotlight, webinars, and the EO Investing Course(s).
Program Operations & Coordination
Serve as the point person to ensure all details of these events are taken care of and executed well, so that the participant experience of our events is positive, highly engaging and professional
Manage scheduling, invitations, speaker coordination, RSVPs and follow-up communication
Ensure that we are actively driving attendance, both from within our current outreach lists, and also continually expanding our audience through creative means to grow the number of investors who are actively investing in EO
Prepare agendas, run-of-show documents, speaker materials and planning documents
Coordinate with Marketing & Comms on slide decks, branded materials, invitations, outreach and Zoom/event tech
Track participant engagement and synthesize insights for leadership
Develop deeper engagement mechanisms such as invitations for investors to share more about where they have invested, their allocations, their internal processes for decision-making and evaluation, etc.
Spotlights & webinars
Lead operations for quarterly EO Fund Spotlights and additional virtual programming
Manage speaker onboarding, prep calls, and session facilitation
Organize post-event notes, data, and feedback
EO investing course(s) and trip(s)
Support planning, marketing and delivery of EO investing course(s) and/or trip(s) – 1-3 per year
Manage registration, onboarding and ongoing participant communication
Coordinate guest speakers, office hours, curriculum logistics and tech support
Coordinate with Leadership and Marketing & Comms on slide decks, branded materials and Zoom / event tech
Maintain course materials and track attendance and feedback
For potential trip(s), coordinate closely with trip/event planner on details
EO Capital Roadmap Roadshow (30%)
Support planning and execution of the Lab's national, multi-city EO Capital Roadshow convening series.
Planning & partner coordination
Participate in Roadshow planning calls for each city and maintain visibility into progress, decisions, and next steps
Manage the Roadshow tracker (partners, logistics, timelines, notes, open questions)
Support agenda development and speaker coordination
Represent the Lab professionally in conversations with national and regional partners
Research & event logistics
Conduct city-specific research to identify venues, partners, co-hosts, and aligned events
Support venue outreach, vendor coordination, and day-of logistics
Coordinate with Marketing & Comms to produce invitations, materials, and follow-up communications
Track attendance, engagement trends, and outcomes from each Roadshow stop
EO Fund Accelerator — Year 1 Support (20%)
Provide operational and coordination support during the first year of the Lab's EO Fund Accelerator , helping build early systems and program infrastructure.
Serve as the point person to ensure all details of the Accelerator are taken care of and executed well, so that the participant experience is very positive, highly engaging and professional
Support outreach, communication, and coordination with participating fund managers, advisors and evaluators
Manage scheduling, logistics, prep materials, run-of-show documents and communications for Accelerator sessions
Manage community-building systems and engagement to create a strong sense of community within the cohort of funds
Maintain program trackers, shared documents, timelines and process maps
Assist with early-stage documentation, reporting, and synthesis of learnings
Support preparation of materials for partners, funders, and other stakeholders
Operations & systems (20%)
Serve as a core operations function across the Lab's programs.
Systems & workflow management
Build and maintain workflows, trackers, shared folders, calendars and templates
Standardize processes for scheduling, communication, agenda development, materials preparation and follow-up
Keep internal documentation organized, accessible and up to date
CRM & data
Manage and continuously improve the Lab's CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of contacts, events, outreach, and follow-up
Collect, analyze, and maintain data on event and program participation
Surface insights to support strategy, learning and program improvement
Coordinate closely with Marketing & Comms on materials, newsletters, website updates and program promotion
Support internal communication, meeting preparation and cross-team alignment
Prepare materials for partners, funders, governance bodies and grant reporting as needed
Job Requirements Qualifications
Required
3–5 years experience in program coordination, operations, project management, and experience with event coordination
Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced start up environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with consistency
Strong, clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with virtual event platforms (e.g. Zoom)
Ability to build systems, maintain accuracy and create structure in complex workflows and in fast-paced environments
Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and with diverse partners
Preferred
Experience in impact investing, philanthropy, community development or economic justice
Familiarity with employee ownership or small business transitions
Experience with tools such as Airtable, Asana, Notion, and CRM platforms

The team is fully remote. This job will be remote, with travel, as needed, for in-person events and gatherings. We are ideally looking for somebody who can work regular business hours in the Pacific or Mountain time zone with ability to sometimes flex the schedule earlier to accommodate Eastern or Central time zones as needed.

Salary Range $75,000–$90,000 depending on experience and title (Coordinator or Manager)
