Develop leadership skills following the PW Leadership Operating Model. Mentor & help skill development of more junior members of the team.\n\nActive participation in discipline improvement activities and knowledge management.\n\nRequires daily interaction and integration work with EDSI Systems Analysis Groups, Module Centers, Controls, Instrumentation, IT and Product Validation Groups to ensure that the propulsion system satisfies its functional requirements.
