Position: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-CS) Location: Hybrid Remote in Houston, TX 77060 Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Choose Your Own Hours Why You Should Join Us: As a QMHP-CS at Winner's Circle, you will be at the forefront of transforming the lives of children and youth. You'll work directly with families to provide the support, guidance, and mental health interventions they need to thrive. This role goes beyond typical mental health care — it's about empowering young lives and creating meaningful, lasting change. Key Responsibilities: Build trust and rapport with children, youth, and their families to optimize functioning and promote emotional well-being. Provide goal-directed interventions to stabilize youth during critical transitions. Complete progress notes and documentation efficiently (within 24 hours post-session). Collaborate with other mental health professionals to deliver high-quality care. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, medicine, counseling, nursing, education, or related fields. One year of experience in a mental health or child welfare setting. Certification in the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) or Adult Needs and Strengths Assessment (ANSA) (or ability to become certified annually) (CANS/ANSA is paid for by the company) Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A compassionate and client-centered approach to mental health care. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage timely documentation. Additional Requirements: Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Flexibility and commitment to working in a hybrid, dynamic environment.
