Billing Coordinator

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and trainable Billing professional to support Finance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with billing experience or a junior level Accounts Receivable professional looking to grow within a professional services environment.Key Responsibilities:Support day-to-day billing operations, including invoice processing, review, and distributionMaintain accurate client and billing records, including profiles and documentationPartner with the Billing and Finance teams to identify process improvements and resolve billing discrepanciesCommunicate billing guidelines and updates to internal stakeholdersAssist with resolving invoice issues and ensuring timely correctionsCollaborate with Collections to support follow-up on outstanding invoicesMaintain and update client-related information in internal systemsProvide general support for reporting, analysis, and special projects as neededQualifications:1+ year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance functionLegal billing experience is a plus, but not requiredStrong Excel skills and overall technical aptitudeHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environmentThis role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, adaptable, and interested in building a career within a professional services finance team.Company DescriptionWe launched Top Stack to solve a problem in the human capital industry: Technology has replaced humanity.
