This includes project documentation preparation, escalation for commitment, invoice & pay application processing, and financial reconciliations.\nThis job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion. This position will be REMOTE, but must be a US Citizen.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nData Entry & System Maintenance\n\nInput project budgets, actual costs, and funding allocations into Kahua modules.\nLog daily project logs, field reports, and construction progress milestones.\nUpdate schedules, task lists, and resource allocations based on Project Manager inputs.\nDocument Control & Governance\nProcess and track Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.\nUpload, organize, and maintain contract documents and design files in the PJM file manager.\nVerify that all uploaded records comply with PMO standardization and compliance rules.\nReporting & Financial Support\nPull weekly and monthly status reports from PJM tool for PMO leadership.\nTrack vendor invoices and purchase orders against approved budgets within the system.\nIdentify data discrepancies or gaps inside PJM tool and escalate them to project teams.\nAssist the project closeout process including turnover documentation and financial reconciliation Assist with processing invoices and pay applications. Help with project administration deliverables.\nStakeholder Coordination\nAct as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors regarding PJM data entry.\nSchedule regular project health review meetings and document action items.\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nAssociate's or Bacherlor's degree or 2-3 years of expereince in a PMO, construction, or engineering cooridnator role.\nExperience with Kahua or similiar enterprise project management tools.\nRequires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.\nGeneral math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team.\n\nTurner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is 60,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is 70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
