Parcel Shipping Specialist

Occupation Description:Verify and keep records of incoming/outgoing shipments. Prepare all items for shipment, including the verification of contents to the sales order, comparing the sample to shipment, packing of the items, addressing, and labeling.Duties & Responsibilities of Job:Coordinates the shipping and receiving of finished goodsVerifies receipt of goods against purchase orderGenerates the shipping labels and verifies delivery address with sales orderMaintains the required records for each shipment/receipt by departmentAssist as needed in other warehouse operationsMaintain a clean and well-organized workspaceProvide final quality control check on each shipmentOther duties as assigned by the supervisorSkills, Experiences & Qualifications:Must be a VERY detail-orientated individualAbility to lift 50 lbs. routinelyComputer skills, including basic email, spreadsheet, and word-processing software usageMust be able to operate a forklift safelyMust possess a valid driver's license
