In this role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid experience in construction management, and a thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety practices.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupervise and manage all on-site construction activities.\nEnsure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.\nCoordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors.\nSchedule and coordinate construction crews and equipment.\nConduct regular inspections and quality control assessments.\nResolve conflicts or disputes that arise during construction.\nMonitor and control project budgets and expenses.\nCollaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate daily records of production and activity.\nEnforce company policies and procedures.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\nA minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in OSP, broadband construction, telecom construction, or aerial construction is required.\nIn-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.\nStrong leadership and communication skills.\nAbility to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\nProblem-solving abilities.\nDiploma or degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\n\nGridSource is a proud supporter of our U.S. military, veterans, and their families.
