Client Advisor - Timepieces & Jewelry

Our client, a luxury jewelry and timepiece brand, is seeking a driven Private Client Advisor with luxury watch and/or fine jewelry experience to join their Aspen, CO boutique. This role is ideal for a confident sales closer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment and is motivated by strong earning potential.*Relocation Assistance Provided*Compensation:Base salary $80,000–$90,000 + uncapped commission (On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$150,000+)Schedule:Sunday- Friday 10:30 AM- 7:00PM.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional, luxury-oriented customer serviceAct as a trusted advisor to clients, providing product expertise and personalized recommendationsManage high-volume client communication via email and digital channels with accuracy and professionalismBuild and maintain deep product knowledge across evolving collectionsServe as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to products, websites, and policiesListen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and identify client needs to drive salesHandle sensitive client situations with diplomacy and discretionPresent offers and sales opportunities to Sales ManagementQualificationsLuxury watch and/or fine jewelry experience with an existing client book requiredStrong negotiation skills; flexible with hours as neededHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting prioritiesTechnologically savvy with strong written communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environmentProficient in Microsoft Office; bilingual a plusBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Commuter benefitsEmployee Assistance Program and discount programsPaid holidays, PTO, and sick days
