This position requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational protocols while working with various system components. The technician is expected to effectively diagnose issues, implement solutions, and collaborate with team members to fulfill the specific objectives outlined in project scopes and service call requirements, thereby contributing to overall customer satisfaction and operational excellence.\n\nCompensation\nThe expected pay range for this position is $20.71-$29.58 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.\n\nStark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.\n\nWork Experience\n\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, or the equivalent combination of education (technical school) and experience.\nValid driver's license.\nMust be authorized to work in the US.\nParticipate in on-call rotation.\nTravel required. Must be able to travel to job sites 100% of the time. Also included is travel to manufacturers for training and office meetings.\nResponsible for maintenance of company supplied vehicle (i.e. oil changes, inspections, etc.)\nMust be able to pass pre-employment screenings. Drug testing and background checks are required to work in some of our customers facilities.
