Sales Consultant

As a sales consultant with our team, you will be responsible for working with customers to identify vehicle choices and ensuring that each customer has a satisfactory experience with our company. The Sales Consultant must manage the sales activities of the dealership through promoting and selling the full range of new and used car products, while delivering the highest level of customer service. Pay $41,600+/yr. QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements) Education and/or years' experience required:High School Diploma or G.E.D.Must be 18yrs of age or older and have a valid driver's license. Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:Excellent communication and customer service skills.Positive attitude, outgoing, and an effective communicator. Supervision of others/decision-making aptitude (if applicable): No supervisory responsibilities are required for this position. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITESDetermine customer automotive needs while educating the customer on new and used car ownership.Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives.Meet and exceed dealership goals and objectives.Maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring return business and referral business with customer follow-up.Suggest optional equipment for customer purchase.Engage in business development.Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
