Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Sales Representative, located in Chevy Chase, MD. The primary responsibilities include identifying and prospecting potential clients, marketing and leasing commercial properties, preparing proposals, and negotiating lease agreements. The individual will analyze market data, create sales strategies, maintain relationships with clients, and support franchisees and developers in achieving their goals. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the market are essential parts of the role. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.Experience in market analysis, demographic research, competition analysis, and data interpretation.Proficiency in utilizing databases, CRM software, and other tools to gather and manage market information.Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in commercial real estate leasing or related fields is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Knowledge of the Chevy Chase, MD, and surrounding markets is a plus.
