The IT System Administrator acts as a crucial liaison between the IT Service Desk and Infrastructure teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including Service Desk support, ServiceNow administration and development, SharePoint and Teams administration, and other essential IT system administration duties.\r\nKey Accountabilities Include\r\nService Desk Support\r\nProvide advanced technical support and guidance to the IT Service Desk team.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated from the Service Desk.\r\nEnsure timely and effective resolution of service requests and incidents .\r\nDocument system configurations, procedures, and policies.\r\nSystem Administration\r\nCollaborate with the engineering team to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions, including network, server, and storage systems.\r\nManage and maintain Intune, SharePoint sites and Teams services, providing user support, troubleshooting, and training. Implement and enforce SharePoint and Teams governance policies.\r\nAct as a bridge between the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.\r\nMonitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance.\r\nServiceNow Administration and Development\r\nAdminister, develop, and customize the ServiceNow platform, including creating and managing workflows, scripts, and automation.\r\nOptimize platform performance and usability, and perform maintenance, updates, and upgrades.\r\nManage user roles, permissions, and security, and implement security policies to ensure compliance.\r\nImplement and refine ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, RSM), and configure and maintain system integrations.\r\nEnsure data integrity, develop reports, and manage licenses and vendor interactions.\r\nMonitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide user support, including maintaining documentation.\r\nContribute to governance and continuous improvement.\r\nCommunication & Collaboration\r\nCommunicate effectively, verbally and in writing with people at all organizational levels.\r\nWork in a team environment making positive contributions to the organization.\r\nEstablish and maintain effective relationships with staff members, customers, and vendors.\r\nOther duties as assigned or required.\r\nThe US national base salary range for this position is $86,377 - $105,811. This position is also eligible for a bonus. The base salary range displayed reflects the targeted hiring range for positions across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by job-related skills, work location and relevant education or experience.\r\nQualifications\r\nRequired\r\nProven experience as an IT System Administrator or similar role.\r\nStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.\r\nProficiency in ServiceNow administration and development.\r\nExperience with SharePoint administration.\r\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\r\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nFamiliarity with ITIL/ITSM framework and best practices.\r\nPreferred\r\nAssociate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\r\nRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure, SharePoint, Teams Administrator, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).\r\nExperience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).\r\nAdditional Information\r\nBenefits\r\nOur benefit package supports the well-being of our employees and their families.
