Process necessary adjustments with detailed documentation and management approval.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration:Work across Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, and Production teams to audit business processes (e.g., receiving, picking, and returns) that impact inventory accuracy.\r\nAdvanced Data Analysis:Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, Power Query) to analyze large datasets, identify trends in shrinkage or overstock, and provide actionable reports to leadership.\r\nProcess Optimization:Identify \"bottlenecks\" in the current inventory flow and propose enhancements to RF-SMART or NetSuite workflows to improve efficiency.\r\nAudit & ComplianceYear-End Physical Inventory:Lead the planning, execution, and reconciliation of the annual wall-to-wall physical inventory; coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure 100% facility coverage and reporting accuracy.\r\nAudit Liaison:Serve as the primary point of contact for external financial auditors regarding inventory valuations, count methodologies, and variance explanations.\r\nCompliance Oversight:Ensure all inventory processes adhere to internal controls and SOPs, providing documentation and evidence for quarterly and annual audit requirements.\r\nRoot Cause Documentation:Maintain detailed logs of all inventory adjustments and audit findings, ensuring every significant discrepancy is investigated, explained, and corrected at the source.\r\nThis position will be M-F 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.\r\nRequirements\r\nRequired QualificationsExperience:Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Analysis.\r\nERP Expertise:Direct experience with NetSuite (highly preferred) or a similar Tier 1 ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).\r\nTechnical Skills:Advanced Excel proficiency is a non-negotiable requirement.
