Our clients and prospects are spread across every time zone — when a potential customer needs colocation, someone should be reaching out. When a prospect posts on LinkedIn about outgrowing their current DC provider, someone should be in their inbox within hours, not days.\nAs SDR for the EMEA — covering Europe, Middle East, and Africa, you own outbound prospecting and meeting booking in your region. You are mega proactive, friendly, and genuinely interested in the datacenter industry. You don’t wait for leads to come to you — you go find them. You research companies, identify decision‑makers, craft personalized outreach, and book meetings for our sales team.\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nProactively identify and research potential clients in the EMEA region who need datacenter services (colocation, smart hands, remote hands, IP transit)\nConduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to book qualified meetings\nEngage with inbound leads from your region and qualify them based on our Ideal Customer Profile\nResearch prospects thoroughly before outreach — understand their infrastructure needs, current setup, and pain points\nMaintain and update CRM records with every interaction\nWork with the sales team to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach sequences for your region\nMonitor industry news, forums (PeeringDB, NANOG, RIPE), and LinkedIn for buying signals\nProvide daily activity reports: calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, pipeline created\nCover your EMEA shift to ensure regional sales coverage during business hours\n\nYour KPIs\n\nQualified meetings booked: 15+ per month\nOutreach volume: 50+ personalized touchpoints per day (email + LinkedIn + calls)\nResponse rate: 10%+ on outbound sequences\nCRM hygiene: 100% of interactions logged, pipeline always current\nMeeting show rate: 80%+ of booked meetings actually happen\n\nCompensation and Terms\n\nMonthly retainer: EUR 600–800 depending on experience\nPerformance bonus: EUR 25–50 per qualified meeting booked (paid monthly)\nArrangement: Freelance / Contractor — you invoice us monthly\nHours: Full‑time, 40 hours/week\nTime tracking: Hubstaff is required for all team members — this is how hours are verified for billing\nPerformance reviews: Every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, then monthly.
