Job Title: E-Commerce Sales SpecialistContract Duration: 1 year, possible extensionLocation: Plano, TXWork Arrangement: OnsitePay Range: $45-$50/hourRole & ResponsibilitiesSales for the CRN and Refurbished category by driving: top line growth, promotional and marketing plans, internal / external / HQ partnerships, supply chain and distribution, and long-term growth strategyLead and persuade cross-functional and direct report teams in executing strategy and tactical planOversee multiple Sales Funnels to ensure proper channel level executionMonitor and analyze channel sales performance, explain performance variations and effectively adjust any necessary action plans required to achieve resultsManage communications, sales promotion development, and training as required to stimulate and facilitate the sale of CRN productsEstablish high-level as well as tactical relationships with channel sales teams, marketing and product teamsFoster strong relationships with key channel executives in order to successfully position the CRN portfolio and align near-term CRN sales strategyDrive the business forward and deliver sell-thru and other specified results tied to CRN products and solutionsPrepare and present reports and management analysis to establish business plans. Report on the performance of the assigned business division against planAlign with internal stakeholders to ensure Supply and Production demands meet sales forecastAnalyze business trends to work internally to develop Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly Sales ForecastsInnovate: think outside-the-box, leverage data, and build insights to create business cases to build scalable products and promotions to drive the growth of your business; develop functional capabilities to test, learn, and iterate to accelerate category growthDevelop data-driven perspectives on the end-to-end operations of the business. Identify areas of opportunity and work cross-functionally to drive operational efficienciesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree or 5+ years of enterprise technology sales or business development experienceProven overachiever, track record of quarterly / annual sales successSelf-starter and very capable on both business and technical frontsPrevious experience and success in selling technical solutionsAbility to facilitate cross-functional teams and navigate matrixed organizationsStrong analytical, data-driven problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing prioritiesEntrepreneurial spirit and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Preferred QualificationsMBA degree and 6+ years of relevant work experienceknowledge of mobile handset market, OEMs and carriers preferred3-5 years of experience selling mobile solutions at or with a US carrier preferred
