Your job is to get them on the line.\nWhat you'll do:\n- Cold call local business owners from leads we load for you (real businesses, owner-direct numbers)\n- Run our simple, proven pitch, handle basic objections, and book qualified meetings\n- Log your calls in our in-house CRM (clean, fast, built for this)\n- Own your day: dial, book, earn\nWhat we give you:\n- Pre-loaded, skip-traced leads with owner-direct cell numbers\n- A browser-based dialer built right into our CRM (no extra software to buy)\n- Scripts, training, and a playbook that already works\n- Fully remote, flexible hours\nHow you're paid (performance-based, uncapped):\n- $10 per 100 calls dialed (you earn while you ramp, not just on closes)\n- $25 per qualified meeting booked\n- 20% of the setup fee on every deal you close\n- $1,000 bonus for every 5 deals closed\n- No cap.
