Our comprehensive benefits package also includes life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401k, tuition assistance, employee discounts on Aquasana water filtration products.\nWe are a drug-free facility and require all employees to pass a drug screen and background check.\n\nPrimary Function\nInspects, installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, plumbing, electrical and facilities systems through general level maintenance responsibilities by performing the following duties.\nPreventive Maintenance / Miscellaneous Repair\nPerform preventative maintenance work on production equipment, compressors, etc.\nTrouble shoot and be the contact for the appropriate contractors for service for electrical and plumbing needs beyond general maintenance.\nRecognize and diagnose when a piece of equipment is not working up to its capabilities.\nMake recommendations or assist in scheduling and/or performance of PMs.\nMachine and Facility Repair / Projects\nGeneral facilities maintenance to include but not limited to cleaning, painting, grounds work (shoveling, salting, exterior upkeep, etc.), replacing/moving office equipment when needed\nWork with outside contractors on major electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or HVAC issues, including major machine repair and rebuilding.\nOther\nResponsible for general safe practices and cleanliness of work area, including performaing instections of ladders, electircal hazards, eye wash stations.etc\nResponsible for some basic security checks to make sure doors are shut and cameras functional\nResponsible for any other duties as assigned by supervision, either from communication through the department Leader or directly.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nManufacturing maintenance or related environment experience.\nWorking knowledge of electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics systems.\nBasic knowledge of plumbing fixtures and systems.\nValid driver's license.\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nYears of Experience\nMinimum of 5 years related work experience\nPhysical Requirements\nMust be able to lift 25lbs, bend, and climb ladders.\nADA Disclaimer: In developing this job description care was taken to include all competencies needed to successfully perform in this position.
