Please visit our web site (https://www.milliman.com/en/social-impact) to learn more about Milliman’s commitments to our people, inclusion, and sustainability.Through a team of professionals ranging from actuaries to clinicians, technology specialists to plan administrators, we offer unparalleled expertise in employee benefits, investment consulting, healthcare, life insurance and financial services, and property and casualty insurance.What You Will DoIn this role, you will:Document processes and create SOP’s for Operations Support and CPG teams.Review documentation provided for transitioning processes to CPG for adherence to best practices.Review existing documentation to ensure best practices are being maintained.Update documentation as necessary, distributing the updated material to the appropriate groups.Work with CPG Help Desk to ensure consistency of process and adherence to best practices.Work with the SME to facilitate any necessary training for new/updated documentation.Document and maintain library of global processes.Communicate with management regularly on high profile issues and their resolution.Monitor progress for all assigned projects and update the appropriate project management tool(s) on a proactive and timely basis.Provide Help Desk support during high volume times.Ensure final work products are of high quality, provided in a timely fashion and adhere to internal peer review guidelines.What We Are Looking ForRequired Professional Qualifications2+ years of related experiencePersonal QualificationsWorks well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work productProficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detailExcellent problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Able to productively respond to changeExcellent organization and time management skillsLocationThis role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas, Texas, but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US. The expected application deadline for this job is June 30, 2026.CompensationThe overall salary range for this role is $65,200 - $119,830. For candidates residing in:Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia the salary range is $74,980 - $119,830.All other locations the salary range is $65,200 - $104,200.A combination of factors will be considered, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial security, and well-being.
