Program Manager (UX operations/research)
Contract consulting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager that has supported UX Research teams. Client requirements: Onsite 1-2 days/week - Brooklyn Park, MNW2 hourly only (no c2c)Work authorization status: US Citizen or GC holderWhat you'll do: As an experienced Program Manager, you will lead the planning, prioritization, and operational management of UX Research across a large and complex portfolio of work. This role will partner closely with UX Research leadership to align research initiatives with enterprise priorities, improve visibility into ongoing efforts, and establish scalable processes to define, measure, and communicate research impact.The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and experienced in supporting research and design teams within fast-paced, matrixed organizations. They bring strong operational rigor, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for connecting research efforts to measurable business and customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with UX Research leadership to manage research operations across enterprise initiatives and portfolio prioritiesEstablish and maintain operating rhythms, intake processes, trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms for research workSupport prioritization of research initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, available resources, and team capacityBuild and refine frameworks that connect research intake, execution, deliverables, outcomes, and long-term business impactDefine and implement methods to measure the effectiveness and impact of UX Research on products, experiences, and organizational decision-makingImprove transparency and communication across stakeholders regarding research roadmaps, progress, and outcomesDrive continuous improvement of research planning processes, governance, and operational efficiencyQualifications6+ years of experience in UX Operations, Research Operations, Program Management, Research Coordination, or a related fieldProven experience supporting UX Research and Design teams in highly matrixed, product-led environmentsStrong familiarity with research planning, study tracking, participant management workflows, and research repositoriesExperience creating frameworks to measure research impact from intake through adoption and business outcomesExperience supporting enterprise, employee, or business-partner user journeys, service design initiatives, or cross-channel experiencesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity, influence across teams, and drive alignment in complex organizations ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $59.00 - 82.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
