No hybrid/telework allowed.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nSupport the Security Standards & Baselines (SSB) section within the Technology, Innovation, and Engineering (TIE) Office.\r\nIdentify and implement solutions to enhance, streamline, and automate workflows.\r\nPossess a strong technical background with expertise across multiple cybersecurity domains, including FISMA compliance, NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5 security controls, enterprise application security configuration, CIS Benchmarks, and DISA STIGs.\r\nPromote awareness of security issues among management and ensure that sound security principles are reflected in organizational goals.\r\nCommunicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.\r\nPerform extensive research, analysis, and documentation of security threat vectors.\r\nProvide coaching, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to team members.\r\nDevelop bulletins, alerts, advisories, and security configuration baseline documents aligned with Departmental policy and industry best practices.\r\nEnsure rigorous application of information security and information assurance policies and practices.\r\nEvaluate existing, emerging, and modified technologies to develop recommended security configuration baselines using trusted sources such as DISA STIGs, CIS Benchmarks, and vendor security guidance.\r\nRespond to technical and policy inquiries from a wide range of stakeholders, providing clear guidance and interpretation.\r\nCollaborate with internal and external partners to maintain effective communication and alignment on cybersecurity standards.\r\nStreamline processes to improve operational efficiency and support mission objectives.\r\nManage information and content within SharePoint repositories.\r\nMaintain situational awareness of team activities to provide support and backup coverage as needed.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; HS and an additional 4 years may be considered in lieu of bachelors degree.\r\nMust possess, or obtain prior to start date, at least one of the following certifications (continued certification is required as a condition of employment):\r\nCISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP, Security+ CE, CySA+, PPDA, Agile IC, SNOW App Dev.\r\nExperience and expertise across multiple cybersecurity domains, including FISMA compliance, NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5 security controls, enterprise application security configuration, CIS Benchmarks, and DISA STIGs.\r\nExperience developing and executing research plans.\r\nExperience working with Windows Server in an enterprise environment.\r\nExperience managing Active Directory in a multi-domain environment.\r\nExperience with enterprise application or server virtualization.\r\nDemonstrated customer service excellence and strong business acumen.\r\nU.S. citizenship required.\r\nActive Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a final Top Secret security clearance.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with process automation - strongly desired.\r\nDemonstrated use of AI tools and automation platforms to enhance workflows, analysis, and documentation efficiency.\r\nStrong technical writing skills.\r\nExperience engineering or maintaining database infrastructure (SQL, Oracle).\r\nExperience with Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Azure AD, or cloud identity services.\r\nExperience developing or managing virtualized IT systems.\r\nNetworking technologies expertise.\r\nExperience configuring or administering enterprise mobile device deployments.\r\nExperience working with Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems in an enterprise environment.\r\nCompensation\r\nSalary Range: $90,000-$103,000\r\nThe SkyePoint Decisions salary range for this position is a general guideline only.
