Triangle is waiting for you to join our team!\nThis is a full-time position with Los Angeles Unified School District.\nThe ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience managing the planning, design, and construction of large capital projects, preferably within public-sector or educational facilities. They should have strong expertise in pre-construction planning, scope, schedule, budget, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination, with experience in CEQA, BIM, LEED/CHPS, and public project delivery methods. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, while registration as an Architect, Professional Engineer, or CCM certification is highly desirable.\n\nResponsibilities\nPlans and coordinates the execution of pre-construction activities associated with the preparation for the building of new schools and modernization projects\nResponsible for the scope, schedule and budget, and overall success of multiple, new and modernization, school projects\nResolves complex planning, design and construction project-related issues, disputes and disagreements\nDevelops, assigns and monitors performance of Assistant Facility Development Managers (AFDM), Design Managers (DM) and Design professionals relative to assigned projects\nReports on project budget, schedule and issues. Provides information and analysis of project issues to Departmental, Branch and Board representatives\nReviews status and overall planning, design and construction project progress relative to submittal schedules.
