Infrastructure & Environment ManagementCoordinate with infrastructure, database, and network teams to provision and maintain servers, storage, and connectivity. Configure and maintain integrations with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA), web applications, Citrix, and other supported systems. Manage Worksoft databases (typically SQL Server), including backups, restores, and capacity planning. Troubleshooting & Incident ManagementDiagnose and resolve application, server, agent, and execution issues related to Worksoft components. Analyze logs, execution failures, and performance bottlenecks; provide root cause analysis and corrective actions. Serve as the primary escalation point for Worksoft platform issues and coordinate with Worksoft vendor support as required.
