{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"fd98ebf56c4fd97e8e85131b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fd98ebf56c4fd97e8e85131b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/fd98ebf56c4fd97e8e85131b","title":"Process Engineer","description":"Our growing client in Morris County is adding an experienced Process Engineer to join their dynamic manufacturing team and play a key role in driving quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across production operations.Key Responsibilities:Design and enhance manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and safetyAnalyze current workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and introduce sustainable solutionsCollaborate closely with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teamsConduct process audits, analyze performance data, and recommend corrective actionsApply Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, and other methodologies to optimize operationsDevelop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentationImplement automation and technology upgrades to streamline processesPartner with vendors for equipment selection, installation, and validationSupport compliance initiatives and conduct risk assessmentsTrain production teams on new processes, equipment, and proceduresStay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practicesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives across the value streamCommunicate and adjust work orders as neededSupport environmental compliance efforts aligned with ISO 14001:2015Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 3 years of industrial manufacturing experienceProven experience as a Process Engineer in a hands on production environmentStrong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and statistical analysisUnderstanding of relevant regulatory and safety standardsExcellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects independentlyProficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, CAD software, and related toolsBenefit offerings for full-time employment include 10 paid Holidays, PTO days, prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
