The position may require a government security clearance to be processed, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement for consideration.\nCI/CD & Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) for quick, reliable deployments.\nTesting Automation: Improve performance of current test suites to improve velocity of current developers\nCloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, manage, and optimize scalable AWS cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nMonitoring & Reliability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch, Splunk) to ensure high availability and performance.\nSecurity (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices and tools into the pipeline and infrastructure.\nCollaboration & Mentorship: Bridge Dev and Ops teams, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior engineers.\nIncident Response: Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution for production issues.\nStrategy & Documentation: Define DevOps strategy, create roadmaps, and document processes and procedures. Enforce best practices for development, development and system documentation.\nManage testing process and testing personnel and resources\nOrganize work plans, estimate tasks, and deliver finished projects to meet important deadlines.\nTroubleshoot issues and provide assistance to other developers, sales staff and customers. Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to various technical and non-technical audiences.\nOther duties as assigned\nEducation/Technical Experience\nUS Citizenship required\n8+ years of DevSecOps and Testing experience, including experience as a senior team resource\nAbility to architect solutions to complex problems using industry-standard open-source frameworks\nExperience working on a large enterprise platform with thousands of users\nExperience scaling software platforms from limited specialty use to broad user adoption\nCode versioning with Git with ability to interactively rebase\nAbility to test and review the code of your peers\nPreferred Qualifications\nRelational Databases\nLinux, Scripting Tools PHP (Object-Oriented Programming) PHP Frameworks, PHP Package Managers\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.\nExperience working with a remote team\nCoachMePlus is not able to sponsor or otherwise support employment visas at this time.
