The company develops and manufactures consumer health and wellness products with a mission to make consumers healthier, happier, and more confident.Position OverviewPharmacal is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Manufacturing Salesperson to lead and expand its contract manufacturing business. This individual will work directly with leadership and play a key role in driving revenue growth, managing strategic customer relationships, and overseeing contract manufacturing initiatives from opportunity through execution.This is a hands-on role that blends sales, project management, operations, and strategic business development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business opportunities by leveraging Pharmacal’s manufacturing capabilities and product portfolioManage and grow existing contract manufacturing and private label relationshipsServe as the primary point of contact for contract manufacturing partners and private label customersCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, manufacturing, operations, and sales teams to improve profitability and executionCreate and manage project timelines to ensure successful product launches and customer deliverablesOversee project management activities including financial review, manufacturing coordination, regulatory compliance, stability verification, and documentationHelp develop store brand and private label offerings with retail partnersSupport the creation of sales presentations, customer proposals, and marketing materialsQualifications & Core CompetenciesExperience in contract manufacturing and/or private label sales for OTC consumer productsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, operational efficiencies, and product commercializationKnowledge of FDA and/or EPA guidelines preferredStrong financial and analytical skills with the ability to assess project viability and profitabilityProven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneouslyExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinker with a proactive, growth-oriented mindsetProficiency in PowerPoint and related business toolsDriver’s License preferredPay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits401(k)Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsurancePaid Time OffBonus OpportunityReporting StructureThis position reports directly to leadership.Benefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceWork Location: In person
